We are not responsible for orders that may get lost or stolen during transit or upon delivery. Please contact USPS Postal service immediately to locate your package or file a missing claim with them.

RETURNS

All sales are final. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We accept returns for refund or exchange only on defective or incorrect items. Please contact us at limedropbartending@gmail.com   within 7 days of receiving your defective or incorrect item(s) to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

I just placed an online order, is there any location I can pick up?
We do not offer pick up options for online orders at this time.

When will my order arrive?
Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and an additional 5-7 business days for delivery.

I do not live in the U.S.A. Can I order online?
At this time, we are only accepting orders from residents that live in the United States.

I placed an online order but why haven’t I received a confirmation email?
Check Spam Folder;  If you feel you have entered a incorrect email address at checkout, please contact us using our contact page along with your order # and full name. We will be more than happy to resend it.

How often are products restocked?
Bi-weekly, every Tuesday at 6pm PST/ 9 EST. All our items are made fresh weekly and made at a limited stock. Please follow us on instagram @LimeDropBar for weekly updates on when we restock our webstore; if there are any changes in the future.

My local liquor store is out of stock on a product I need. When will they be restocked?
We restock all our accounts bi-weekly. Please make sure to check our stocklist for any updates & feel free to give the store a phone call to check if they then have our products back.

Where should I store my Rim Paste / Michelada mix?
We recommend keeping all our products refrigerated after first use.

Are your products Vegan?
Yes, all our products are vegan; Non-GMO

How long until my Rim Paste/ Michelada mix expires?
All our products are made fresh weekly. Average shelf life for all our products is 10-12 months.

What’s the best way to use/apply the Rim Paste?
Keep it refrigerated & always top off with Tajin or your favorite chile powder to help prevent drip!

How much Michelada Mix should I add to my beer?
We recommend 2-3 Oz of mix per 12 Oz of your favorite mexican lager beer of choice!  You can prepare at least 10 micheladas with just 1, 32 oz bottle!

How does the Michelada Mix taste? Spicy? Do you use clamato?
Our Michelada mix is very thick, concentrated & limey with infused crushed chile peppers to satisfy your taste buds. No, we do not use clamato. Our mix is crafted weekly and made in small batches to guarantee freshness. It’s not spicy.
